Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE) Safety Standards

Effective Date: 26 May 2025
Last Updated: 26 May 2025

At Peech, user safety is our highest priority. We are committed to preventing the presence, spread, and promotion of Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE) on our platform. The following outlines our policies and proactive measures to detect, report, and prevent CSAE:

1. Zero Tolerance Policy

We maintain a zero-tolerance policy for any form of CSAE content or behavior. This includes imagery, text, links, or any materials involving the sexual exploitation or abuse of minors.

2. Age Verification and Restrictions

  • The Peech app is strictly intended for users 18 years or older.
  • We implement age-gating and identity verification systems to help prevent underage access.
  • Accounts suspected of belonging to minors are promptly investigated and removed if confirmed.

3. Content Moderation and Detection

We use a combination of automated detection technologies and trained human moderators to review user-generated content, including messages, profiles, and images. Known CSAE content is identified using hash-matching tools like PhotoDNA.

4. User Reporting Tools

Users can report content or behavior suspected of involving CSAE. Reports are prioritized and reviewed by our moderation team within 24 hours.

5. Cooperation with Authorities

We fully cooperate with law enforcement and report verified CSAE content to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and relevant legal authorities.

6. Staff Training and Response

All moderation staff receive specialized CSAE detection training. Our response protocols are reviewed and updated regularly for effectiveness.

7. Policy Updates

This policy is reviewed periodically and updated as necessary. Major changes will be communicated clearly to our users.
